Each tenant will be provided with power supply of (13.8kv), water (desalinated) and telecommunication lines. Power and water will be sourced from captive facilities at Petro Rabigh.

In addition to the utilities, RPTP, through the Park Management, will provide its tenants with various services.

Availability of services such as logistics (warehousing and shipping), solid waste and waste water management, manpower procurement, canteens, transportation of workers, facility maintenance and repair, office supplies, etc.

RPTP will provide technical assistance, development and training support through the Plastic Technical Center in Petro Rabigh.

One Stop Service Center will offer support to tenants who wish to apply for governmental approvals and permits.

The Park intends to propose more (optional) services for the benefit of its tenants based on suggestions and recommendations.

SITE

RPTP is the first Industrial estate for conversion industries in Saudi Arabia. Integrated with a petrochemical complex, RPTP occupies 240 hectares (2,400,000 m2) and is separated from the Petro Rabigh refinery by a property fence. The RPTP site is well connected to highways and equipped with high standard utilities and infrastructure network such as power, desalinated water, sewage and communication networks. Plus an in-house security service.

ROAD AND PARKING AREAS

Total length of roads within the park is around 15 kms divided in five categories as follows:
Primary road: 3.6 kms length, with 35 mts width.
Secondary road: 2.9 kms length, with25 mts width.
Collector road: 3.9 kms length, with 20 mts width.
Patrol road: 4 kms length, with 4 mts width.
Side walk: 25 kms length with2 mts width. around park Site.

SANITARY NETWORKS

Total length of sanitary network is around 9 kms with 3 lifting stations, 89 Sewer manholes and 89 inspection chamber boxes.

STORM WATER DRAINAGE

Total length of storm water drainage is around 8.4 kms including 4 concrete culvert boxes.

WATER NETWORKS

Desalinated water network site is around 14.5 kms. The raw water is provided by Petro Rabigh at 300 cubic m per hr.

through 12” pipe line with total length of 5.6 kms.

ELECTRICAL NETWORKS

Total length of electrical cable network is around 39 kms providing power to RPTP tenants at 13.8 kv. The network will include 5 transformers, 5 switchgears and 48 RMU. The power is provided by Petro Rabigh to the park site through 29 kms of electrical cable at 34.5 kv.

COMMUNICATION NETWORKS

Total length of primary communication networks is around 35 kms, Internet Services & Connection to Local Service Providers are available to tenants of the Park.

LANDSCAPING

Landscaping area covers 500 m2 with water fountain at the center of the Park.
